Lower Village Green - Thulston

Following a discussion at our most recent Parish Council meeting, a resolution was made which requires ALL dogs to be on leads through the lower village green at Thulston.

Signage will be erected in the next few days and if required, we will consider CCTV for the area.

Since the rewilding project began last year, we have noticed a considerable increase in dog fouling which is not being picked up. This public open space must be kept free of fouling to allow nature to prevail and therefore, with immediate effect, the Parish Council insist that dogs must be on short leads through the lower village green.

Please note that leading on from the lower green, via the kissing gate, to Coronation Meadow - this area is also a requirement for dogs to be on short leads due to grazing animals.
